How this page works
  • Closing a deal moves it here with a fixed reason and your short account of what happened.
  • Deals are never deleted, so this remains the complete record of wins and losses.
  • Duplicates name the surviving deal and count as neither won nor lost.

Deals you closed won, and what they were worth. The amount is the final number you entered when you closed each one; or the quote, if you left it as it was.

Won

1 $96,689

Deals you closed lost, and what you were chasing on them. Losing is a result, not a failure to record; a book with no losses in it can't tell you anything about the wins.

  • Every one carries a reason and your account of what happened. That's what fills in Why you lost below.
  • A deal you disqualified honestly belongs here too, under Not a fit.

Lost

1 $95,580

Of the deals you've settled, the share you won. Counted in deals, not dollars: 1 of 2.

  • Deals still in your pipeline aren't in this number at all; only closed ones count, so adding a deal never moves it.
  • Deals closed as duplicates aren't in it either; a duplicate settled nothing, so tidying up your book never moves your win rate either way.
  • It only changes when you win or lose something. There is nothing to edit here.

Win rate

50%

What a win is worth, on average. Your won value divided by the number of wins; the number to plan a year with, because it's the only one on the site made entirely of deals that actually closed.

  • Compare it with the deals in your pipeline: this is the size that lands.
  • Your quota and the coverage against it are on the Forecast.

Average won deal
